Connext app — data & privacy policies

This page describes how the Connext platform application (the business management app operated by Connext at connext-digital.app) collects, uses, stores and shares data, and how it handles data from the third-party services it integrates with. It is intended for our customers and for the developer-platform reviewers that approve our integrations. For questions, write to privacy@connext.solutions.
1. Who operates the app
The Connext platform app is operated by Connext, a development studio based in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. The app provides CRM, bookkeeping, messaging and related business tools to small and medium businesses.
2. Data the app collects
Account data (name, email, organization, role) needed to sign you in and manage your workspace; business data you enter (customers, orders, invoices, messages, accounting records); and data retrieved from the third-party services you choose to connect (see the integrations table below). We collect only what is needed to operate the features you use.
3. How we use data
To provide and operate the app features you enable, to sync the connected accounts you authorize, to process subscription billing, and to provide support. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.
4. Storage, security & retention
Data is stored in our Supabase Postgres database, protected by row-level security so each organization can only access its own data. Third-party access tokens are stored encrypted and connections use TLS. We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can disconnect any integration at any time from Settings → Integrations, which deletes the stored tokens for that provider, or request full account deletion by writing to privacy@connext.solutions; we respond within 30 days.
5. Your rights (Quebec Law 25 / GDPR)
You have the right to access, rectify, transfer or delete your data, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, write to privacy@connext.solutions.
Third-party integrations
The app accesses data from the following services only after you explicitly connect them, and only for the purpose described. Connext’s use and transfer of information received from these APIs adheres to each provider’s API policies, including (where applicable) the Google API Services User Data Policy and its Limited Use requirements.
