1. Who we are

Connext Solutions inc. is a development studio based in Montreal, Quebec. For any data-related question, write to privacy@connext.solutions.

2. Data we collect

We collect only the data you provide via the free-preview form: business name, industry, current URL (optional), description of your need, your name, email and phone (optional). We also collect anonymized usage statistics via Vercel Analytics.

3. Why we collect it

To send back a personalized homepage mockup and, if you wish, to discuss a project. No other use. No resale. No newsletter without explicit consent.

4. Retention

We keep your data for 24 months after the last contact. You can request deletion at any time by writing to privacy@connext.solutions. We respond within 30 days.

5. Security

Your data is stored on Supabase (region ca-central-1, Montreal). TLS 1.3 encrypted connections. Access restricted to the Connext team.

6. Your rights (Quebec Law 25)

You have the right to access, rectify, transfer or delete your data. You can also withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, write to privacy@connext.solutions.

7. Cookies

We use one cookie to remember your language (FR or EN) and one cookie for anonymized usage statistics. No ads, no third-party trackers.
