Driver pay and fleet expense categorization done by hand every week. Hours lost weekly.
What we built
Web app that ingests transactions, categorizes with Claude, calculates pay and exports accountant-ready reports.
The outcome
Weekly accounting hours dropped to zero. The accountant gets a PDF, that’s it.

What we built
Next.js site, unified order hub, direct supplier integration with batch shipping label generation.
The outcome
Per-order processing time cut by three. Site LCP dropped under 2 seconds.
